How to Post your Console, Phone or Device
- Find a suitably sized box
- Place scrunched newspaper or bubble wrap at the bottom
- Wrap the device in newspaper or bubble wrap
- Place it in the box and add more newspaper or bubble wrap
- Securely tape the box closed

- Include your Name, Address and Phone Number
- We take payment after the repair is done, by either Visa, MasterCard or Cash On Delivery through Australia Post.
- Should your device be uneconomical to repair or you have changed your mind to repair and want to cancel - You can either leave it with us for recycling. Or if you want us to post it back to you, this will incur a $30 postage and packaging fee payable by you.
